Clients can now visit a professional and creative space, friends and family have a beautiful retreat that functions like a full-size home, and my son finally has the perfect spot for sleepovers. Every nook and cranny was thoughtfully designed for storage, function and expression — my canvases and art supplies finally have a home of their own.. regardless of how messy I make the space during midnight to morning art making. My materials eventually find their way back to their home. Keeping the gallery ready and clutter-free was a top priority for me, and thanks to Lotus, it's as functional as it is inspiring. Mike, our Senior Project Manager, and Keegan, with his uncanny talent for maximizing space, brought my vision to life - their work has opened up new creativity that’s noticeable in my work. An occasional bump in the road is unavoidable (it's construction — that's practically a requirement), but their leadership and the entire crew's attention to detail kept everything on track and upbeat. As an artist with a mind that runs full throttle creatively, budgeting isn't exactly my strong suit. I see, I want. It’s just how it goes for me. Throughout the project, I made several upgrades to the originally approved finishes. Instead of telling me "no," the team walked me through every change, making sure I fully understood the process and pricing. Rather than getting frustrated, they had my back and delivered beyond expectations. Billing was comprehensive and straightforward, and if I ever had questions, I was made a priority — always getting clear, timely answers. Our first project, in April 2022, involved updating the electrical, installing attic insulation, and other cosmetic improvements.
