We have had a multi-year, multi-project relationship with Lotus Building Group. When we moved to Franklin, we asked our realtor for a contractor recommendation. She referred us to Lotus. Lotus... read more had previously renovated her home and several others in our area. I would not be surprised to learn that many of their projects have come from referrals by satisfied customers. Our first project, in April 2022, involved updating the electrical, installing attic insulation, and other cosmetic improvements. The second project, a complete kitchen update with new cabinets, flooring, and appliances, was completed in December 2024. Both projects were finished on time and within budget. Later this year, we will update our primary bathroom with Lotus. We have found them very easy to work with and we also appreciate their professionalism, respectfulness of our home, and the hard work of their personnel.
