Our first project, in April 2022, involved updating the electrical, installing attic insulation, and other cosmetic improvements. The second project, a complete kitchen update with new cabinets, flooring, and appliances, was completed in December 2024. Both projects were finished on time and within budget. Later this year, we will update our primary bathroom with Lotus.
