Rooftop Addition + Pool

The Nashville Rooftop reveal is finally here! 😍 Lotus took on a big challenge with this project – one of our biggest yet – and we are so excited to finally share it with you!

We first started by extending the third floor living space, and then we extended the 4th floor deck. As you can imagine the rooftop pool needed a whole lot of support! We went through the existing house with FIVE 6” steel columns and built an LVL deck for the pool to rest on.

The Lotus team worked closely with @archuity on the architectural drawings and Garman Engineering for the structural engineering of the pool deck.

@american_aqua_designs built and installed the pool, which sits 42’ high on top of the 4th floor. We are in love with everything about this home – what do you think??
