Pierson Screened-In Porch + Patio

This Franklin, Tennessee home went through a complete transformation, the the Lotus crew had the honor of transforming this backyard into an oasis. We demolished the old deck that was rotting away, created a new patio using antique brick and then custom built this gorgeous screened-in porch. Some highlights include decking from Trex Company, a new metal standing seam roof, and the exterior wrapped in MiraTEC.
